New Product Introduction Specialist
The NPI department oversees the development and implementation of new or improved products, collaborating with departments like Production, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, and Test Engineering.
Role Responsibilities:
• Create product documentation (e.g., labels, packaging, manuals) compliant with local and product standards.
• Develop BOMs in the ERP system for target markets.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure compliant packaging.
• Validate and implement documentation changes and manage communication with stakeholders.
• Work with sales offices on documentation approvals and Purchasing on timelines.
• Support Production with implementing changes and resolving queries.
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or Business & Law.
• Proficient in English; German fluency is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
